I don't or have never lived in coastal area's so i have never had that. I have had temperatures of -25 degrees but not in the last 30 years. Holland is happy in the winter when people can ice-skate. Black ice is sometimes a big problem on the roads if it rains onto frozen roads it becomes treacherous. My wife tells me that years ago they used to ice-skate to school over the roads. I have never witnessed that although I have had some cagey moments with ice on the road but the Dutch are excellent at salting the roads in the night so the morning traffic normally runs okay.

Is there anywhere in Holland that’s not coastal? ? Can Moroccans skate?

That is quite an admission, you talk to your wife?

Yes I am ashamed. Only because there are no NCIS or other American police series on that she choose to nag for a while.:D

Where I lived only had a Canal. It is world famous for Carp fishing right enough.

Morrocans are too busy stealing to learn to skate.:D

The next Gersnet Podcast must be, 'Pete Demonstrates concurrent activity'.

A bright future awaits on QVC.

Don't worry I have heavy duty tape, headphones and NCIS to keep the wife quiet.:D

Yes but because Scotland so Northerly is, is it light a lot longer, You do have that benefit.

Yes indeed and a further difference to the light in Scotland is that when it's becoming night that's a very gradual process. In Oklahoma which is further South and nearer the equator the transition from daylight to dark is much faster.

You can watch the light begin to fade here then 10 minutes later it's dark. In Scotland that process is much much slower.

Hands up gents I got something wrong on pod

I said it was rumoured we had let Waggy go for £200k with no sell on, todays news proves price was correct but sell on was wrong - seems we do have 10% to come

My apologies for that

The way I see it with ITK stuff is that Dave King or Steven Gerrard might think something is going to happen one day and the next day things change.

It's part of sport/business/life.

Credible info is always nice to encounter, especially when it comes to Rangers.
