FC Ufa given visas for their tie with Gers…

Recommended Posts

We played a team from East Germany (DDR) in Malmo years ago because their visas to the UK were refused.

I assume this club's inexperience, coupled with the lack of time between ties, has contributed to this situation.

I would confidently wager they'll get visas and the ties will go ahead.

Tomorrow I'll attempt to get a visa.

You sir, are bonkers

I'm knackered just thinking about the traveling you've done since the start of the season.

Alan Wicker  has less air miles than you

It would be a bonus to avoid the pre-Celtic trip, but the gate receipts, co-efficient points and further morale boost from beating Ufa could all be major benefits to the club. Certainly the gate receipts are significant and the club is still in a position where income of that kind is huge.

... no shit. ?

So howcome the Russian cyclist Igor Fromov couldn’t get his visa in time for the recent European championships in Glasgow but F.C. UFA can get 25-30 visas fast-tracked in a day or two ?

Gazizov seems very confident. Has he had assurances from the U.K. embassy in Moscow ? Or have they got around the 5 day visa processing timeline?

Something doesn’t seem right about this.

There will be paramilitary shame FC sympathisers within the embassy no doubt? They will be beside themselves fastrack the visa's?
