Central Vienna was full of Bears - everywhere you turned there were Rangers hats, scarves and shirts. The local beer was nice and the goulash I had was spot on. The Rapid fans around us twigged straight away that we were there to support Rangers but didn't seem too bothered. They're a decent support, all things considered. An odd moment was a lady* behind us being asked by stewards to remove her rug (I'm assuming because she was blocking the row) and refusing...after refusing a few times, they kicked her out. I have just Googled him (boring Friday night) and he was Feyenoord manager when they won the European Cup in 1970. They played some smelly gits in the final. He was also manager of Hamburg, when they won the same tournament, in 1983.
