[FT] Rangers 1 - 0 Hamilton (Candeias 3')

Well, another goal or two early in the 2nd half would settle the nerves. Thursday fatigue may set in with some and at 1-0, you won't want to give Accies any hope.

We could just as well keep Jack or McCrorie in the dress room and give Middleton a place on the wing, with Grezda moving inside.

That said, you see the understanding between Grezda and Barisic.

Its been all Rangers in the first half with lots of attacking play resulting in 15 corners. Hamilton even though the scoreline is still only 1-0 haven't been anywhere near the game. Some of the tackles coming from Hamilton are absolutely shocking. I'm surprised that they still have 11 on the park especially MacKinnon who has had more than a few goes at our players with no intention to play the ball.

You could play Jack up front...he'd still be a holding midfielder.  Same goes for McCrorie.

The point remains, if he isn’t playing as a holding midfielder then he isn’t playing two players as holding midfielders.

our formation today is more a 4-1-4-1

I'm sure Hamilton's defence are terrified at the prospect of Jack's mazy runs and defence splitting passes.

MacKinnon was; he had to drag Jack to the ground after being done one-on-one.

And again just there.
