Does my head in does that. Grey is the colour in UK. Fact. When I went to school it was "schedule".

Thought it was just me...… I have never seen it spelled as "Shedule" OR "schedule".... then I assumed ASIL was just being sarcastic.... Now I don't know what to believe - though "Schedule" is the only spelling I've ever seen, and I have been ingrained in US spelling for 18+ years.
Bill 13,692
The only surprise to me is that anyone should be surprised when people in different countries use different word, spelling or pronunciation. Shock, horror, the clones haven't taken over yet. If you follow this intolerance through to any sensible conclusion then a lot of people in Scotland are going to have to speak very differently in future. And I thought diversity was held to be such a good thing too.

The original Greek is pronounced skedule but long established English custom is schedule so neither is wrong. I try to remember that when I hear young folk going on about their skedules.
