I'm heading over for a few days in February.  I recall a couple of posters saying they have been and I'm looking for advice on the best places/areas to eat and drink (sampling local dishes is desirable)?  I'm planning to take in a Partizan match too...is there anything I should or shouldn't do (I'm aware of the obvious things).

I've read a fair few things online etc. but it's preferable to get hints and tips from reliable sources.

Lastly, do the women like miserable Scottish gits?  ?

Sit outside the Hotel Moscow and watch the world go by. There's an entrance for the subway there and every 3 minutes the train deposits hundreds of the most gorgeous women you'll ever see, in saying that it was 80 degrees when I was there not 8!....:D

Never saw an ugly bird whole time I was there.

forlanssister was pretty much correct when it comes to the fairer sex in Belgrade.

The football was very enjoyable.  3-0 to Partizan and the atmosphere makes British football like a day back at nursery.
