They should be down to 9 men. Jack was almost decapitated, and Broadfoot committed two of the clearest yellow cards you'll ever see.

Too much kicking about in the middle, with no gain whatsoever. McCrorie and Arfield work away, but as it stands, Defoe isolated up front and Kent and Candeias are quickly swamped if they geth the ball. Here's hope for Davis and Lafferty in the 2nd half.

 

EDIT: Broadfoot on a yellow makes a professional foul against Defoe ... nothing. Later, Boyd gets a yellow for vitually nothing.

I like McCrorie, I thought he could be the next John Greig when he broke into the team last season but he has gone back the way. His basic ball skills are not good enough.

Certainly McCrorie not up to it so far would bring Davis on also SG should instruct Tav to leave out on free kicks etc.

With Halliday playing more inside and not going on the overlap -- which helps us to deal with counters -- we could get away with Davis on for McCrorie. I'm not sure how he'll stand up to the physicality. 

 

They're a frustrating team to play. We make them look better than they are, IMO.

I think I'd take Arfield off before McCrorie.
