Noticed that he's quite adept at cutting in from the right and banging them in with his left foot.....which is pretty much what Greg Stewart is good at. A handful of relative decent SPFL quality in the form of Bosmans or almost-Bosmans (Kamara) makes sense IF we were to be looking towards one or two bit's of more expensive quality. Shinnie on a Bosman still makes sense to me. He can roll his sleeves up, battle and not hide when the going gets tough. We need to improve footballers, both youths and older signings. We see the likes of Hastie, Stewart, Turnbull, Jones, Shinnie play in the SPFL and think 'are these guys good enough' for us but what we haven't done enough is improve footballers, they more often go backwards.... Unrealistic expectation levels / timescales make it very difficult for it to happen. I reckon we'll end up having to go backwards before we get to the place we want to be.
