Indeed even one of the English sides would be beatable, given they tend to play reserves & not take this competition seriously. Our seeding is artificially low, 90% of potential opponents are no better than Legia, Maribor, Midtylland & the teams we played in the groups last year. Probably just the personal preference of Bert Klassie as opposed to anything formal name-wise.
