Disgraceful now people will be taxed from the womb to the tomb and they are thinking of bringing in a tourist tax as well .

This tax will only come in if people vote in councillors who are in favour of it. The Labour Party had it in their Glasgow and Edinburgh manifestos at last council elections.

Senior executives and business owners will simply compensate themselves to cancel out this silly parking tax. And quite right too. The people who will be affected will be those who can afford it least. I’m thinking of leasing some corporate parking spaces for a nominal sum and allowing employees to park there for a similarly nominal fee.
