Great goal.  For such a big lad he's got very quick feet.  That's just added a few more millions onto his value now.  I bet Bowyer feels even more stupid now, not that I care what he thinks.  Keep it going young man, you've got the world at your feet, literally.

Joe Aribo earns mega praise as 'exceptional' Rangers favourite tipped for Nigeria stardom

The 23-year-old has made an instant impact with his country and is being backed to go all the way in the game.

In-form Rangers midfielder Joe Aribo has earned a rave review from Nigerian football hero Victor Ikpeba after his international exploits.

The 23-year-old has made an instant impact with his country and his fleet-footed goal against Brazil turned heads.

Aribo only made his competitive debut in September, netting in their friendly with Ukraine, and the former Charlton man has gone from strength to strength with the Super Eagles.

The midfielder's confidence is soaring after making an instant impact with Rangers under Steven Gerrard since his £300,000 move from the Addicks in the summer.

And his star turn against the Samba superstars has supporters swooning and Ikpeba is convinced a new star has arrived.

Ikpeba told Soccernet.ng: “I think Brazil dominated this game and they had more goal-scoring chances to win the game. Their possession football was splendid and we found it difficult to cope with.

“Credit to the Super Eagles for the goal they scored against Brazil. And credit to Aribo for the sublime goal he scored against the five-time World Champions.

"He’s such a wonderful player and I am delighted to see him play quality football for Nigeria. Joe Aribo is an exceptional player and he has shown the Super Eagles technical adviser, Gernot Rohr that he is ready to claim a regular shirt.”

I hope Ross Wilson continues this policy of buying cheap and selling on, then we could soon catch Keltic with their Van Dycks and Dembeles. Aribo is one such; Barisic maybe another.

I'm surprised you think he has any choice. Because if we don't do that we will be back in administration sooner than later.
