STEVEN GERRARD is ready to raid two Premiership rivals as he tries to stop ten in a row.

SunSport understands Livingston ace Lyndon Dykes and Aberdeen kid Lewis Ferguson are both high on Ibrox boss Gerrard’s wish-list this summer.

We revealed in January how Rangers were eyeing a last-minute move for Dykes on deadline day.

But Livi were not prepared to allow the 24- year-old to leave on loan. Gerrard landed Flo Kamberi from Hibs instead.

Aussie-born hitman Dykes is a player Gerrard greatly admires and Gers will move to secure his signature.

Dykes has a year left of his Livi deal to run.

Midfielder Ferguson is under contract until 2024 at Pittodrie and the Dons are keen to keep him.

The 20-year-old has impressed since joining from Hamilton Accies and he’s another player who has caught Gerrard’s eye.

His dad Derek played for Gers while his uncle Barry enjoyed huge success at the club.

Midfield is an area Gerrard is keen to strengthen and Fergie fits the bill.

AFAIK, Devlin is one of the more trustworthy journos, but The Baldy One may confirm or deny it soon enough, we all hope ?

Rangers could lose their main hitman Alfredo Morelos in the summer transfer window and the club are already scouring the transfer market for his replacement. However, the Gers could have already found their man in Austrian striker Adrian Grbic.

There is a possibility Morelos could leave Ibrox this summer, with Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers considering bringing the Colombian to the Premier League.

Morelos has scored 29 goals in 46 appearances in all competitions for Rangers and the Foxes are said to be carrying out extensive checks on the striker ahead of possible summer approach.

It would be a blow to boss Steven Gerrard to lose Morelos as his goal record has been impressive in the Scottish Premiership.

However, according to Football Insider, sources at the club have confirmed that Rangers director of football Ross Wilson is looking at Grbic as a possirble replacement.

The 23-year-old joined French side Clermont Foot 63 on a free transfer last summer and his having a great debut season at the club.

He has scored 17 goals and provided four assists in 26 Ligue 2 appearances.

Grbic came through the Stuttgart academy in Germany before spells at Floridsdorfer AC and Rheindorf Altach in Austria.

Seemingly from that "vague" source Football Insider, but it was mentioned on Sky too.
