The foul on Tav was missed by both ref and linesman and the offence occured before the shirt pulling by Katic. Even so, I wouldn't expect him to say anything else and it doesn't minimise the incompetence. Even the commentator thought he'd shown two yellows. Weather he was booked or not is not in question, he wasn't. If the did decide to book him it wouldn't have been a sending off.
