Bill 13,717 Posted January 11, 2020 Share Posted January 11, 2020 Lowering the pitch on it's own surely couldn't produce 6000 additional seats but if you raised the rear seats in the lower tier and sloped the lower tier more steeply you could probably do it - and without altering anyone's view or requiring anything more exotic than new earthworks and a new concrete base for the seating.
