So what does happen if the SPFL lose ?

Cant pay compensation and the reconstruction lifeboat has gone.

The reality is no one thought about the implications of calling the season early.

Except, it would seem, Rangers.  Who were, and are, made out to be pariahs for doing so.....

I thought the deal was that they'll just take whatever compensation they have to pay out of the prize pot (perhaps over a few years).

I'm more interested in the exposure of skullduggery that this court case may bring about.

I thought that the SPFL wished to claim Emergency Powers for the duration of the coronavirus crisis.

If it is allowed to do so,  will it be able to settle the dispute with Hertz, etc, without recourse to financial recompense, by, say, declaring 'No Relegation' , and reorganising the leagues to fit?

How lucky can Scottish football be, Mike Mulraney is now President of the SFA, joining Neil Doncaster, Rod the Fraud, and Shifty McGifty at the SPFL.

Peter's shadow grows longer.

I think that Rod Petrie didn't hate us enough...

SFA to set up panel to hear Hearts/Thistle case. Panel to be overseen by independent Judge. SPFL motion to dismiss rejected.

Judge rules that all documentation (emails, texts, chats, telephone calls) all made available to panel/investigation.

Hearts / Thistle still have option to go back to court if not satisfied with outcome of SFA investigation.
