I thought the deal was that they'll just take whatever compensation they have to pay out of the prize pot (perhaps over a few years). CammyF 6,775 Posted July 3, 2020 Share Posted July 3, 2020 (edited) SFA to set up panel to hear Hearts/Thistle case. Panel to be overseen by independent Judge. SPFL motion to dismiss rejected. Judge rules that all documentation (emails, texts, chats, telephone calls) all made available to panel/investigation. Hearts / Thistle still have option to go back to court if not satisfied with outcome of SFA investigation.
