SPFL Season declaration challenged legally (ongoing discussion)

Recommended Posts

Today’s Judge has smelled a rat but reckons he’s not licensed (yet) to exterminate it so he’s passed the rodent on to a panel with a rat-catcher to supervise it. And he’s authorised Thistle and Hearts to get hold of a set of traps. Not too bad.

I suspect accommodations will be made to Hearts and Thistle and things will continue, with the same greasy fingers stuck up the same behinds.

Doubt that. Would cost millions and clubs would have to write checks

SPFL have publicly declared they are skint. A financial incentive at this stage is almost an admittion of guilt.

League Reconstruction has been voted on and kicked out.

SPFL are backed into a corner here and with the judge forcing them to make all documents available against their will and wishes tells it's own story ?

Ah an inquiry. Someone asked for one of those

if i'm interpreting this thread correctly then its an inquiry by the SFA into the SPFL albeit invigilated by a Judge.

Two cheeks of the same arse looking into their own bowel and agreeing what choice piece of shite is safe to show the gastroenterologist.
