It had better be good. It had better be devastating. A losing battle is not worth fighting. The named persons might be looking at defamation if they are not destroyed.

Would we be bothered so much if this was number four instead of nine in a row? Not many among us hadn’t conceded the title by the the third week of January.

Park is presumably a sensible man but what sort of advice is he getting? I hope there is an affidavit from the whistleblower.

Aye, you only start a war you think you´ll win.

I hope we have more WMD´s than Iraq and Iran.

One thing that gets my goat is incorrect use of the 85% figure when writing an article in favour of the SPFL.

"Despite winning the backing of 85 per cent of Scotland’s 42 senior clubs,..."

Keith Jackson, Daily Record

https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/spfl-hold-crisis-talks-face-21855816

As far as I´m aware the yes votes were

10+7+16 = 33 (78.57%)

What it does show is that subtle misinformation does work.

On Friday, the SPFL said

"As at 5pm, the SPFL had received 39 responses, 85% of which have been in favour, as follows..."

https://spfl.co.uk/news/statement-from-the-spfl-board

ie. 33 of 39 is 84.6% but it´s then transforms into the incorrect 33 of 42 = 85% in the media.

I am genuinely shocked at what I have read the last few days. Once again something which should of been pretty simple has turned into a farce. More worryingly because Rangers are involved in calling this out for what it is, we have a majority of fans who will not want to support us just because we are Rangers. Just watch us being painted as the bad guys in all this.

I listened to the Gersnet Podcast this morning and if there is any element of truth that this was being pushed through by Celtic, through their lawyers, due to inside information regarding UEFA changing their stance on “null and voiding” the season in the coming weeks and Rangers have evidence of this then it should be made public NOW before Dundee change their vote, because we know that will happen.

Whatever happened to Separate Entity FC's humble, charitable origins?

Not consigned to the dustbin of history, yet, but kept as a potent myth to delude the credulous and retain their belief system.

You will have noted that this lore is taken out for an airing, occasionally, and paraded, publicly,  like the bones of some long dead saint.
