Don't know Leggatt

Played very well for Aberdeen winning a league medal before (thankfully) moving to Fulham. Blistering pace, good crosser and scored s few.

I was looking for a left winger and had forgotten Big Shoes. Still pick Leggatt.

I know and i've realised i have made a massive error in not including one of my favs David Speedie :(

Although signed for Chelsea, I'm not sure if DJ played a game as Kerry Dixon and Mr Speedie played up top in nearly every game i think.

Wee bit more fun in these boring times.

Here is another tough one to do. Pick a French XI who have played in the Premier league. I have drafted a squad.

Keepers: Lloris, Barthez

Defenders / Full Backs: Blanc, Clichy, Desailly, Evra, Gallas, Koscielny, Laporte, Leboeuf, Mendy, Sagna, Silvestre.

Midfielders / Wingers: Dacourt, Deschamps, Diarra, Ginola, Kante, Makelele, Malouda, Nasri, Petit, Pires, Pogba, Laurent Robert (incase anyone was wondering who Robert was), Vieria.

Forwards: Anelka, Cantona, Djorkaeff, Dugarry, Henry, Malbranque, Payet, Saha, Wiltord

Not far off mine Compo. 9 out of 11.

I liked Le Sulk a lot (Anelka) but he would be too similar to Henry.

Could have easily dropped Evra for a back 3 and put Makelele in the midfield also. Kante and Makelele though - you would only need 1 of them and its a flip of a coin.

Lloris

Gallas Desailly Leboeuf Evra

Pires Vieira Kante Ginola

Cantona Henry

                Barthez

      Gallas, Blanc, Desailly

 Vierra,      Kanté      Makalele,
       Ginola          Pires

       Cantona.   Henry

Thought I’d try one of these new fangled lineups. Makes it easier to pick midfielders and defenders. Reduces the choice up front, though. Anelka’s gone off in a huff.
