What about Davie Cooper?

Difficult comparison. Two different types of player. Strangely Henderson was better in the early part of his career whereas Cooper was often ineffective to start with but matured into genius capable of defence destruction from positions further in from the touchline.

As a traditional winger, Henderson was the better.

He was pretty good too of course but probably gets more attention due to his open support for the club and his premature passing. It's only my opinion but I'd rank the best wingers I've seen as follows

1. Henderson

2. McLean

3. Laudrup

4. Cooper

5. Walters

No Davie Wilson not just a great winger but a very versatile player who could play in defence or as a half back .

Henderson was a better right winger than Wilson but you’re right, Wilson could play left, right, inside and centre and do a job in defence if required. The most versatile player ever for Rangers?

Plenty of players could perform adequately in different positions but Davy was very, very good In all of them.

Henderson, despite my username.

There was nothing more exciting than Scott racing onto a McMillan defence splitter, blistering past the fullback and crossing on the run but Henderson’s all round game was better.

Me too despite my username. Alex was the first Ranger I saw in the flesh, standing on the terracing right near to where he went chasing up and down. Willie just had more to his all-round game.

Can't have everyone and probably didn't even think of them all but you'll hear nothing but praise from me about Davy Wilson. I met Davy on may occasions and a more down to earth, humble and generous man you couldn't wish to meet. Maybe he might just edge Walters off my list.
