I thought it was a good work out for us, Coventry played like most teams will when they come to Ibrox, sit & defend stubbornly.

Aribo was class again and scored another great goal, Hagi was class as well and has a tremendous work ethic, Edmundson had another good game.

Morelos played well I thought but failed to score again, young Paterson is looking better every time I see him and defo has a good future ahead of him, and us.

Agree with all of that. I genuinely think Edmundson could be our best defender soon. I know he hasn’t been tested massively defensively but he is brilliant on the ball, strong as an ox and faster than any centre back I remember us having.

Could/should have scored more goals. But i'm looking for more urgency and intent when the real action begins. Players would have a bit of don't risk injury at the back of their minds in this game.

Encouraging that Aribo is scoring goals and we're not talking tap ins or even clear shots at goal with plenty of space. That's two games in a row he has shimmied into a packed area and netted.

Aribo has end product. He is a quality player, I’ve got no concerns about him at all.

Also think the management and fitness team are impressed with his levels and in the shape he returned in. Young lad has a future in the game, that's for sure.

If Aribo, Hagi and Kent can continually deliver an end product (goals), then that takes a lot of pressure from our "number 9" .
