The more Lennon reacts like this, the greater seems the composure of Gerrard when dealing with the press. So Celtic knew about Frimpong's date et al and did nothing about it, apparently asking the SPFL/SFA (no laughing at the back) along the way. We became aware of the incident with our players, acted immediately and he's the gall to demand "more equal treatment from the government"? For him and his club's failings. You don't know whether to laugh or cry about this.

 

Meanwhile, regarding the  notice of complaint being sent to Jones and Edmundson and its outcome, one FFer remarked:
