[FT] Ross County 0 - 4 Rangers (Roofe 28; Tavernier 56; Morris 72 o.g.; Defoe 90+1)

A good, strong starting XI along with a similarly strong bench.

Will be a tough game with County team that will make it hard to play through and provide a threat at set pieces in particular also.  We'll need to be on it as always! :)

Still no rest for Goldson though. What has he done not to be rested like Barisic or Arfield?

Generally, he's too important; a bit like Tavernier.

In today's case, though, there are no replacements ready, with Katic out, Edmondson disciplined and Helander still self-isolating.

We don't have another centre-half that can play right now.

If Helander or Edmundson were available then the manager may have considered it but Goldson is such an important player, even it others were ready, he may still have played.

Essentially, we could only replace Goldson with Bassey, so perhaps giving Barisic some rest and getting Bassey even sharper may mean a better back-up solution should either of our CHs drop out today or in weeks to come. I do expect Helander to be back soonish though.

How`s the weather up there?
