Come back Terry Hurlock, all is forgiven!

I remember him coming down to Chelsea with the Millwall team and it was billed as the battle of the hardmen. Graham Roberts sorted him out though :)

Saw a game on ITV Big Match Revisited few weeks back - Chelsea v Liverpool, it ended 0-0 and most of the highlights were of an old Chopper Harris and a young Graeme Souness kicking lumps out of each other!

What year was that Cammy as my dad saw Chpper Harris last game for Chelsea on 1979 ( i think Chelsea beat Oldham 3-2 Div2) so presumebly it was before Chelsea got promoted in 76/77 with Eddie McCreadies young team, plus an aginf Harris - the last of the 1971 double Cup winning team ?

I love watching that.

Denis Law's post-match analysis is great viewing, in a weird way.

Remember when players had to put three separate opposition players up in the air before the ref had a word.  🤣

Think it was 1978/1979 season. Harris coming to end of his career and Souness just before his prime. Pitch was terrible as well. IIRC Chelsea's 1 sub that day was a player they signed form East Stirlingshire - changed days 😀

It's great viewing, covering the time I really got into football.
