What a fucked up 1st half of football that was - never a penalty and how did he get 8 mins injury time? Ref has been terrible from the start.

No idea where they get 4mins, then they add on another 2 for no reason before giving the softest of soft penalties.

Farcical refereeing.

 

Clear handball not given. Roofe fouled and then it went "homeward". The "penalty" was just the icing on the cake.

In terms of our performance, we've been the better team, if rather wasteful in possession and in the final third.  Roofe didn't look fit to begin with and has done his calf again so unlikely we'll see him again this season.

 

Kent may actually be a better option as there is a lot of space in behind he could take advantage of.

 

Someone needs to give Barisic a cold shower but puzzled why he's marking the tallest player in their team at a set piece.

Don't talk to me about Scottish refs. - that's the most biased refereeing I've seen in a long time.

Not 6mins worth though, nowhere near it. Their keeper was even wasting time at a goal kick in the final minute.

Hope the referee didn't run into Gerrard in the tunnel. Actually I hope he did, a change of referee is what this game needs.

 

Important we don't lose composure now, this is a 2 leg tie and we're still in the driving seat.
