I felt this was a tired performance from us today but we dug in and a draw was a credible result.

I felt Barisic improved second half, as did Goldson and Helander with the introduction of Patterson and I was delighted Morelos finally broke his duck against them.

However, MotM has to be McGregor - nothing spectacular but he did nothing wrong and made several solid stops which helped bring home a valuable point.

Few made much contribution to winning this game but some made a significant contribution to not losing it. McGregor for sure but his role is always on that side of the balance sheet anyway. For me, not losing was the achievement of a generally substandard performance and I feel the principle contributor was actually Filip Helander, without whom the game would almost certainly have been lost by half time. He wasn't spectacular but he was efficient in the right places when it mattered.
