I think there must be SNP supporters that aren’t big fans of illegal immigration and don’t want to see officials threatened. Bill 13,717 Posted May 17, 2021 Share Posted May 17, 2021 It all seems orchestrated out of all proportion. Many thousands gathered with alcohol to celebrate. Some lost the plot as some always do. It’s what always happens and certainly isn’t unique to Rangers or football. We’ve seen the same and worse from BLM, Extinction Rebellion, pro-Palestine, anti-Trump, etc and all without the carefully coordinated statements being broadcast today. I’m not excusing any violent behaviour and anyone involved in it should be prosecuted but neither do I accept the clearly choreographed condemnation I’ve seen today. There’s one set of standards for Rangers and another for everyone else - you know it, I know it, they know it. I believe I see it for what it is and, while I’m annoyed by it, I’m neither surprised nor distracted from the club’s tremendous achievements. 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
