It was a decent enough starting XI which should be doing a lot better than losing 1-0 to Tranmere Rovers.

The starting eleven might have eventually done the job if they had stayed on though they should have done it in the first half hour.

at the end of the day it was just a pre-season friendly & we were missing players but we really do need more from the fringe players in the squad in this sort of game
