I'd rather see Itten play than Defoe. 

 

Is Defoe really going to play much this season?

 

At least give Itten the chance to claim a starting spot--If Morelos is leaving, that is.

Opening 30 minutes underlining how our system relies on out and out width and how we struggle with out our best wide players and without Alfredo as a target man.

 

Front 3 passengers at the moment, midfield chasing shadows and defending miles away from last season

 

Glad it's just our 3rd pre-season game.

We've been quite poor. 

 

Bassey has been good, though.

Plenty of improvement required, Arsenal could / should be 3 or 4 goals ahead, but we are missing Borna, Kent, Aribo, Helander and Alfredo who are key players in our squad / system.

 

Arsenal very good high press, their passing is fast and crisp but their finishing leaving a lot to be desired thankfully. 

 

Plenty to work on and hopefully improvement in 2nd half.

Quite impressed by Arsenal but not impressed at all by us.

 

We seem to lack a shape and not enough work-rate at various points so we're not in the game at all.
