You sir have a device that produces boiling water instantly,  a valved pipework gizmo that was purchased and installed at huge expense,  all because you couldn't be arsed waiting 3 minutes for a Chinese kettle to calorify your tea bag bath.

Furthermore, last time I was exposed to your Tea Bags, I didn't know whether to phone Environmental Health or the British Museum

I'm probably cursed like Howard Carter for disturbing their afterlife.

It's manufactured in the UK ??

And as I'm sick of telling you best before dates are merely a guide they are not consume before or you'll die if you eat or drink after date.

The fact that some of my teas were picked when a third of the world was still pink on a map and William Wilberforce was in nappies is a not a source of shame but one of pride in the Empire.

It is insane the number of people who will throw things out just after (or even on) the best before date.  I use stuff well after the date, depending on what it is.

How did we survive before they put dates on food? Well, most of us anyway. Most of the time. ?

Most don't know how to tell if an egg is bad. Just this week i tested three dated 10th July, tested in water and they were fine. People used to use their senses i.e. by looking, touching, smelling and you can usually tell quite easily - imagine what they did pre 1940s before the early refridgerators.

You can't teach people without any common sense to start using their other senses. They bang on about saving the planet but it's these clots that throw their food on or beyond the best before date.

To all those jumping on the FS use by date bandwagon,  you should all be aware his tea bags are dated 1992.

PG Tips C/W Greenshield Stamps

I'm not suggesting they are dangerous just completely tasteless.
