OK we have to take the poor quality of the opposition into consideration but that's a fine first half from Rangers.

 

Lots of tempo and quality in our play and we're much more direct/vertical in our passing as well which has helped us create more as the Pars can't live with the pace of our attack.

 

Bassey has been excellent, as have Roofe, Hagi and Aribo whilst Kamara and Lundstram have provided a much needed platform to these attacking outlets with an excellent opener from the Englishman which should help his confidence.

 

Hope we keep this up right through the 2nd half and achieve an even better scoreline.

Hope we dont fold like Tuesday and the opposition dont come out the blocks and score 5 quick goals.

Bit of a shame we couldn't add a few more to the score-line but, nevertheless, a good win and improved performance after a very poor ten days.

 

Bassey MotM but several fine displays, including Roofe, Kamara, Aribo and Patterson who all showed up well.

 

Now onto next Thursday which really is shaping up to be a vital, vital game in a financial sense.
