SAF also confirmed this in an interview last week. He said that his brother Martin (Man U's chief scout) had been watching him and was impressed.

 

We won't be able to hold onto him longer term I don't think but if we get 2 or 3 seasons out of him and then he goes for 10 mill I think we have done good business, help the finances and hopefully find another player of his calibre.

I hope he stays for a few seasons but if we flog him to Newcastle again like Boumsong then 8 Million wouldn't be bad for us.............lol

And the thing is, if Man Utd and Chelsea are supposedly watching him you can guarentee the big teams in Spain are also keeping tabs on him.

This isnt Boumsong mark 2 Cuellar isnt going anywhere in January and IF he does go in 3-4 years or so will get a healthy 10-12 million.
