LOL @ no. 3. :devil: Could you explain point no. 2 to me, i'm a bit thick when it comes to the financial side of things. R.B. 0 Posted August 23, 2007 Share Posted August 23, 2007 Frankie, is the AGM just a question and answer thing, i mean can you not re-question depending on thier answer to the initial question, especially on the pr question, what a terrible response to that question, is there a limit as to how much they are willing to spend defending the reputation of the club/fans? How much do you think it cost septic to demand an apology from that Scotland Today presenter? calscot 0 Posted August 23, 2007 Share Posted August 23, 2007 With regards point 2, I presume there is concern that Celtic's turnover is now 75M compared to ours at 42M. About 15 million of the difference will be due to the costs of selling merchandise, while the profits for this are comparable. It's the difference between spending 15M to make 20M or spending nothing but making 5M. In both cases you make a profit of 5M but the first one has the highest turnover. The second is far easier though and the income is guaranteed.
