And a fresh start for everyone. If you're good enough, you're old enough, etc. No more favourites who play regardless of form. He deserves time to assess the squad, pass on his ideas and "look them in the eye" and get a feeling if they want to be part of his Rangers team / squad. Then it's up to the players to knuckle down, train hard, listen to and implement Gio's vision and get back to last season's levels.
