Prince Andrew & Boris Johnson

Not sure what the requirement for proof is in US courts. Prince Andrew states that he’s never met Virginia Giuffre, if that’s the case she requires a witness to lie under oath that they have in fact met? The photo could be a phoney.
The fact that Prince Andrew has used every legal method not to appear in court or even talk to the authorities in New York does make it look like he has something to hide. Also not a good look for the Queen  to be sheltering him.

Isn't there a picture of them together with Ms Maxwell that is in the press quite often?

Yes, that’s the one I said could be phoney. As far as I know no expert has stated it’s an original non edited photo. Something that would be used in court by either side?

This is part of Prince Andrew latest input to court in Manhattan. If he’s never met her the photo must be a fake, why cannot he not deny the allegation? Is this a legal standpoint, any legal eagles on.

"Prince Andrew lacks sufficient information to admit or deny the allegation that there exists photographic evidence of his alleged meeting with Giuffre," says his legal response.

I just cannot believe after that picture being used thousands of times across the worlds media that they may be questioning its validity. Most media would have ways of checking surely?
