Join Us For The MardiGla Procession

Tue 28th June 2022

As part of our ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion and support of the Everyone Anyone campaign, Rangers Football Club and Rangers Charity Foundation are proud once again to be taking part in the MardiGla event in Glasgow on Saturday 16th July.

Over 7,000 people took part in the colourful pride march last time it was held and we would like to offer supporters the chance to come together and walk with us this year.

Everyone will receive a specially branded t-shirt and a banner will be organised for us to carry and walk behind.

Details about meeting point, timings, walking route etc will be shared with participants nearer the time.

Rangers Charity Foundation Director, Connal Cochrane, said:

“We’re proud to stand side by side with the Club to reaffirm our commitment to inclusivity and show our support for the LGBT+ community.

“The Foundation is committed to representing Everyone and Anyone and we hope that the Rangers family will enjoy celebrating this with us!”

If you would like to join us on the day, please email rangerscharity@rangers.co.uk with the subject line MardiGla providing your name, contact details and T shirt size by Thursday 30th June at 5pm.

Places will be limited.

Personally, I'd rather the Rangers Charity Foundation focussed its activities in support of Erskine and other armed forces charities.

Or just charities in general.
