There are lots of officially sanctioned items you can buy - for example, CostCo do champagne and vodka and kilts you get from elsewhere - but Rangers don't stock these in the shop.  In fact it's a complaint of many that you can only buy strips and other associated sundries from the stadium shop and other items that people would be interested in are not available.
