Levein and McGhee have both done well with Dundee Utd and Motherwell respectively this season but Smith has hit a huge height. QUADRUPLE-chasing Rangers have made it a Double in the Scottish Football Writers' Association annual awards with Walter Smith winning a landslide victory in the vote for Manager of the Year. He joins Carlos Cuellar who was announced as Player of the Year last week and the two men will be presented with their awards at the Thistle Hotel in Glasgow tomorrow night.
