Robbed in an OF games yet again. Thought we were the better team and unlucky to lose.6 points

That was tough to take. Another goal chopped off and maybe I'll change my mind if I watch it again, but it was never a foul. Butland at fault for their goal, otherwise we defended very well throughout. It was like watching OF games in the 90s but in reverse.6 points

I thought Clement got the tactics spot-on. Alas! We didn't have the quality off the bench to get over the line.4 points

Well my commitment is £40 scorecast a two to one victory with Dessers first goal odds 65/1 Mon the Gers4 points

The worst of all was Walsh not sending off Alistair Johnston at the new year game. He was on a yellow & continued to foul but Walsh bottled it to give a second yellow. Even Kenny Miller said so in commentary3 points

If you watch the incident back, Balogun and Raskin are both being "fouled" before Raskin "fouls" Hart. As I initially said, it's either a goal or penalty to Rangers, yet Walsh somehow gives a free-kick to Celtic. Let's remember VAR is only meant to intervene when there is a clear and obvious error. Yet, it's somehow managed to disallow Rangers goals in 3 OF games this season. It has yet to give a decision against Celtic in an OF game. That's some coincidence.3 points

👏 Well done Bluedell! And thanks again Rousseau for organizing and dedicating your time to the GPL.3 points

Just a wee side note... I've just seen the Walter Smith statue at Ibrox and it looks amazing. Sometimes these football sculptural tributes can backfire (Ronaldo anyone...?) but they have genuinely nailed it. What a tribute. Bravo Rangers.3 points

But that doesn't make this the correct call. It would be interesting to hear / see exactly what Walsh was shown on the screen. It was the quickest VAR check this season. There is no clear and obvious error in the incident. The referee has seen the "mini-fouls" and given the goal. No reason for VAR to get involved. However if they do get involved they have to review the entire incident which would have led to either the goal.stamdimg or us getting a penalty. The least obvious outcome was the one the ref and VAR got to within 10 seconds. Ignoring the dubious VAR decisions won't make them disappear.2 points

I watched Clement’s interview after the game. He’s going to have to get tougher with the officials in this country. Otherwise he won’t last as Rangers manager. Walsh had a poor game today with some dubious calls. It’s always the same when he, Collum, Clancy & Robertson referee Rangers games.2 points

The question to ask yourself is if it was up the other end, would the outcome have been the same? The answer off course is no.2 points

Clement mentioned both pushes in his RTV interview but don't know if he did so in his press conformance. We really need to start highlighting these decisions - dignified silence hasn't and won't work. Time to call them out.2 points

Thanks for organising and keeping it going each week @Rousseau2 points

This is a 2/3 season job under Clement. Invest in the first XI and squad and target the UCL quali - it will help fund the next few windows for this rebuild if successful. The manager got it right today imo - the players just have an inferiority complex v Celtic. Looking forward to what he can do next season. If he sorts out the injury issues and gets half a dozen successful Signings in then we'll do okay. That's me coping though haha. Motm Dio for me, Tav looks done physically in these games though..and if he's no use in loose play in the OF then why hold onto him?2 points

They came down to our level and then actually got worse. Frustrating, because the game was there for the taking. We huffed and puffed, better than I thought we would but absolutely no quality or composure in the final third. Glad this season is done2 points

He was decent. I thought we gave as good as we got in the middle. Dio was my MOTM. I like the fact that he was getting "involved" with much of the agro today.2 points

A hard one to take. Overall it was quite an even game but we were on top when they scored. In all honesty though, we never really looked like scoring and lacked conviction up front. I hope Cantwell and Silva were tired, otherwise swapping them for Wright and Matondo were both odd moves. I'm glad the season is over. Hopefully Scotland give us a few laughs over the Summer and we can clear out a large number of this squad of perennial losers.2 points

I haven't understood why he's been frozen out. He's at least a natural centre mid and we could have done with him several times in recent months.2 points

I thought that victory was undeserved tbh. Ironic that our player of the season sold the jerseys. BTW, Harte was never getting anywhere near that cross. Our goal should have stood and we should have had a penalty. Every single game against them this season the refs on the park and VAR have cheated us.2 points

This dressing room needs therapy in regards to this fixture - we'd get slaughtered for doing it but we should bring in a sports psychologist. Cba with the VAR controversy, aye its bollocks but the cry arsing is tedious.2 points
-
Agreed they battled which is the bare minimum for Rangers players which was nice for a change but we lack the killer instinct, and we gifted them a goal as usual2 points

Out of all these guys who could have sold the jerseys today I didn’t think it would be Butland2 points

They've got a squad multi-millions ahead of the rest and still have handsome assistance from the SFA and its cohorts ... time and again.2 points

I have been impressed with Diomande's contribution, Raskin looks well off it. McCausland on in his natural position and move Sterling into the middle with Dio'? Just a thought.2 points

Still not sure if I'm going to watch it or not. Will probably decide just after lunch. Never thought I'd feel like this about a cup final. Even when Murty/Pedro were in charge I was more up for it than this.2 points

Sadly, thousands of us will be watching from the same place Rousseau. C'mon Phil/Rangers surprise us. Do something different today.2 points

Well the day of reckoning is here - getting myself and the wee man ready for breakfast, bus to Cambuslang then on to Hampden. Doing so more in hope than expectation2 points
