How can you say that they never cheated on the pitch ? When they utilised a player illegally it is cheating on the pitch - Tevez shouldn't have been playing according to EPL rules. Gribz, it doesnt matter how often you try to downplay Boyd's achievements the fact is that each time you try to downplay what Boyd has done we can all try to switch Sebo's name for Boyd and it makes you laugh at how inappropriate it is. Yes Boyd has had more playing time than Sebo but Boyd looks like he will score and is a true threat whilst Sebo just doesn't ever look like he will score. The SPL perhaps IS a poor standard - but what then does that make Sebo as a player ? The comparison is that whilst Boyd is banging in 20+ a season in a poor league Sebo couldn't score if his life depended on it.

Not really though Chris, it would all depend on the terms. Example - say Killie want 1 million for Naismith straight up - Gers could say "OK, we will pay, say, 850k plus we will loan you Sebo for the season with Gers picking up most of his wage". That wouldn't necessarily be bad business for Killie. Another extreme example is if Killie wanted 1 mill for Naismith and Gers said ok but we will also loan you Sebo for the season free of charge - in that instance Killie get the money they want for their player plus they get another player for a season free of charge too. I dont think it will happen but it wouldnt necessarily be stupid of Killie, dependent on the deal.

Yeah but don't forget that just prior to starting his career at Forest that he lost his wife and kids in a car accident. I think an incident like that would affect ALL of us in carrying out our job.

Exactly Calscot - and it is premature to say that any prospective buyer will not get the Albion, Murray Park etc etc. When SDM leaves he will have no use for the said pieces of property that Rangers once owned (the Albion he could very well have a use for as it is decent sixed land and relatively undeveloped) but the rest he won't need. And if he really wants to sell Rangers then he really should be trying to get as much as he can - normally "synergy" is the best way of achieving this (or the whole is greater than the sum of the parts) - this would mean he probably would get a better deal by including Murray Park, Albion, bringing the Youth Development side back into Rangers. All assumptions right now, but SDM is a shrewd businessman and will know that trying to sell the Rangers squad and staff along with Ibrox would be a much harder sell than selling the afore-mentioned PLUS Murray Park, Albion etc. But if he doesn't put forth money on a decent product on the pitch this pre-season then maybe we should all just follow this guy's lead (http://myfootballclub.co.uk/latestnews.php) and buy Rangers ourselves, because if there isn't a product this season he will find Rangers a very hard sell.
