  1. Yeah, but the follow up with the 10,000 school kids booing Kamara was Sparta.
  2. Betis - bad draw Prague - reasonable draw, although would have preferred it not to be them due to the side issues Aris - good draw I'm just glad we avoided Brighton.
  3. I'd be shocked if Lawrence starts. He needs a bit more time before being thrown into an OF game. Was Jack rested last night with the weekend in mind?
  4. Has Yilmaz failed in a competitive game? He wasn't great preseason but Sterling hasn't set the world on fire. Out of the 2, I'd go with Yilmaz if he's fit enough.
  5. I'd say that 60% was the quality of the opposition. Yes, the tactics may not have been great and the players weren't all it but PSV were excellent. I listened to a pre-match review on H&H and they said that PSV wouldn't improve midfield and attack but they did. They win 90% of games against us playing like that IMO, no matter the tactics or performance of our players. Sometimes we need to acknowledge that we were beaten by a better side. That's obviously not to say that we couldn't have improved on several aspects but I still don't see us getting any sort of result if we had.
  6. That's maybe where Lundstram gets the nod over Cifu. He can drop back into defence and make it a back 5.
  7. I agree to an extent. Cifu wasn't that bad, but didn't really get into the game that much. I'm not concerned if he starts but I feel that Beale may swap him with Lundstram.
  8. Same team as home leg, although he may swap Lundstram for Cifuentes. Matondo may be kept on the bench to hit them later when they tire.
  9. King still has to do a bit of improving until he's ready for our first team. Hopefully he'll go somewhere that he can get a regular start.
  10. Even if we were to go back to the 7,000 fans, ours couldn't really be seen at Parkhead anyway, so I'm not sure how much it makes it that much more attractive. It's a very one-sided arrangement. To get a better TV deal, the priority has to be getting changes at the SPFL, or it won't matter either way.
  11. They just don't care about that. It's crazy and short-sighted. Scottish football is hating itself into oblivion.
  12. So we would give St Mirren 750 tickets as that's what the section holds, and in return we'd only be entitled to 118 fans?
  13. Some would have Hateley away based on his performances for the first couple of months. They would have had Ally away during his "Ally, Ally GTF" period. There's obviously an expectation that when you move to a different league in a different country with a unique playing and refereeing style that you should be instantly be wonderful, whether you're fully fit or not. Things were a lot simpler and people a lot more reasoned before the hysteria caused by social media.
  14. Hagi has never really been a nailed on starter for us, and I don't think he'd be one under most managers with the current squad. A good player to use on occasions or to bring off the bench, but he needs first team games so a loan is an excellent idea in principle.
  15. Agreed. It seems crazy that we'd let him go on loan without one. I was thinking at least £1 million.
  16. But I thought we were considering moving the UBs to the Copland next season?
  17. If our stadium was bigger than theirs, you'd be happy for them to get more tickets than we got from them? Or is it just a good argument when it suits us? 😂
  18. They think that accusing us of killing our club is the way to get us to change our minds over their ticket allocation? And just in case we had forgotten that their support is full of the scum of society, they decided to bring the banner out in the 66th minute. The banner and the group behind it are fully sanctioned and supported by their club and their directors. Hopefully Bisgrove quickly realises that their club is a disease from top to bottom and never returns to the negotiating table.
  19. If he believes that Scotland would be financially better off being independent then you have to question his financial acumen.
  20. Am I right in saying the BC is just guys who want to join the UBs but haven't qualified yet? Who founded TBO? Was it Sie?
  21. These were all started by guys in their 20s or early 30s. It's not really practical for guys in their 40s, 50s and 60s to do something constructive. 🙂 Agreed.
