  1. I have a ticket for the final booked and a flight from Manchester to alicante on the 17th and nothing else. Still some work to do
  2. Fair play to anyone booking flights and hotels right now, long way to go
  3. Amazing the confidence coming from the gers support regarding this one. Even me who is a negative nancy fancies us to do it.
  4. What did he get wrong other than the early let off of casimero? I think the pen was a little dubious in that Dias didn't make contact with Benzema but VAR would have checked. Delighted to see city out, a soulless club. 1st leg a stadium full of people filming the game on their phones. Didn't see much of that tonight in Madrid
  5. Got a Cat 1 ticket allocated. None of the rest of my group ID got one
  6. Hopefully the manger is keeping his cards close to his chest. I know Roofe has pretty much been living out of an oxygen tank the past 2 weeks in London.
  7. Those high long floaty backpost corners were dreadful and i dont want to see them again
  8. he is basically spending his day tweeting sevco content in order to bury the apology at the bottom of his timeline. Its embarrassing.
  9. They only had one shot on target yesterday too. and it was a minimal chance according the the xG. There was a few of these real low chance things that came off for them. 8 mins injury time in Dingwall too. It is what it is but we have nothing to fear next season.
  10. They wouldn't have beaten us 3-0. No way. They were running out of bodies and the guys who did the damage for the most part against us hadn't signed yet. They were desperate for the game to be postponed.
  11. I agree to a point, but i often think back to what would have happened if we had played them at parkhead on the 2nd of Jan as scheduled. They would not have beaten us 3-0. It is what it is.
  12. Good listen, and good to hear Chris Jack and Joshua Barrie who always talk sense.
  13. An Aaron Ramsey type player with an upward curve in terms of potential is exactly what we need. We need more goals from all over the team. So if he is like that sign him up.
  14. This was thier last game of the season effectively, or last least the biggest game they have left. Baring the 15 minutes they had after the goal, thier first chance really - they weren't in the game. For us it was a bit of a distraction from Thursday if truth be told. It was more of a 'must not get beaten badly' more than a 'must win. Manager picked a strong team. Injury issues still apparent. Basically missing a very potent half of an attacking team. Morelos, Roofe, Hagi, Ramsay is a formidable front 3 and midfield #10. Despite this overall we were the better team up until they scored and the entire 2nd half. They looked dead on feet with about 15 to go and we should have went on to win the game. Goal we conceded was typical of the sloppy defending we have been accustomed to. I thin Arfield gave the ball away cheaply in midfield, Sakala didn't track his run so tav was 2 v 1 and tried to pass Maeada onto Goldson giving him space to find a cross to Jota who got ahead of Barisic to finish. At that point I felt Barisic must be finished after this season we cant go on and rely on him for games like this given his track record at parkhead. They had one or two other chances as we fell out the game, Maeda had a good chance but Mcgregor did well to put him off. (what a god awful footballer by the way) Second half we were the much better team by some distance. Really started creating when Sakala was moved through the middle. His pace scared Vickers and Starfelt stiff. They always looked paniced trying to keep up with him. He scored a great goal to Harts near post. Should have scored later when he hit the post. All in all content with the draw, even if we did win don't expect them to lose another game and drop points in another. Onto Thursday which is our biggest game in years.
  15. Under Smith when we got our 9 in a row it was constantly used as a stick to beat us with by the press.
  16. PS what is it with German managers these days? is it a football match or a fashion show. He certainly looked like he had a few tricks up his sleeve. Or his half time job was delivering milk tray.
  17. Beaten by a wonder strike that could have, on another day been ruled off for offside. Credit to the manager and players that was a tough game last night and we really shut them down. We also created a few chances for ourselves. other than the Nkunku sitter and his header I think they barely made a cast iron chance. With the away goals rule abolished there was no real need for us to come out. We could have just sat in for the 90 but to our credit we did venture forward at times. Thought we were really well organised defensively. Ball wasn't sticking up top until they moved Aribo up front then the game really opened up a bit for us. They had a few players in thier team that they paid more for that our entire squad costs (Olmo, Gvardiol to name 2). Didnt really show if I'm being honest. Am i worried about them at Ibrox? No not really. Didnt look like a better team than anything we had played already.
  18. Was feeling confident about this, had a look at the bookies and we are very long odds.
  19. Wright for me. Good performance from him and justified staying on ahead of Amad.
  20. Agreed. Tav also didn't fly halfway around the world injured and aggravate an injury that kept him out for the season.
  21. Not sure what you mean? In reality if there is a fight between us and liverpool for any player its a bit like bringing a pea shooter to take on a warship. We wont come out on top.
