  1. No probs Frankie. I just look forward to the banter it brings forth.:box:
  2. So, What your saying is, we're going to lose the league and most of our best players. You can put as much spin on things as you want, but it doesnt detract from the fact we have a team that is determined to give the league away, meaning most of our players must be inadequate. I realise your trying to keep things sane Craig, and i appreciate that sanity, but i feel if we lose this league after beating Celtic with 4 games to go and going 2 clear, the shit is really going to hit the fan. In saying that, i will back them 100% till it is completely done and dusted. As, i said elsewhere, we must try back them and do our bit, but i for one cannot help but feel enraged again that we had it in the bag and once again handed advantage over. It really is infuriating.
  3. As i siad elsewhere, we have to stick together lads. Leave abuse till the last game and it will all come out and there WILL be a lot of changes. But for now we have to try gee these guys up to spank the sheep silly.
  4. Was it not Wednesday these were coming out Jon?
  5. Is this the start of the negativity already? The team should never have started a game like they did and they only stepped it up with 25mins to go. But if we start getting stuck into our players when they are joint top of the league with two games to go, it's only going to work in Celtics favour. I'm not defending that crap tonight and everyone is entitled to their opinion, but i saw this attitude after the Motherwell game last season with 3 to go and it got through to the players and they fucked it up. We have got to try and stick together, even after a shit performance like that, and get behind ALL the players. Now, is not the time for abusing players, leave it until the end of the last game and anything that has to be said will be said, and whether we win or not, there will be a few faces going bye byes out of Ibrox because they think they are better than they are. Incidentally, i don't happen to share your view on Mendes, but i do think he blows hot and cold too often. But he is better than almost anything else we have in that position, and so abusing the guy isnt worth it at this time!
  6. I turned it off with 15mins gone Ian. I don't know how on earth you can watch that. United were playing really well, dinking wee short sharp passes around but i just felt they would edge it as they always feckin do the fluky gypos. It was bad enough watching it on Saturday, but when we're having to support shite like Utd to try do us a favour, it does Nowt for the nerves at all.
  7. Thats a fantastic find mate, cheers for that.
  8. Probably no one will really be bothered with this question, but i saw Fletchers pic in the Sun today and saw he has a large ish tattoo on his left? fore arm. It almost looks like a Rangers 5 stars tattoo with some writing on it. I know it can't be that, but can anyone shed any light on what it says please?
  9. I put a correct score double on of Celtic ...1 D.Utd...1 and Hibs...1 Gers...2. Now, if that comes up tomorrow i'll meet you all in Glasgow and i'll by everyone on Gersnet a drink or five!!!!
  10. Gary Caldwell, i don't know who "these people are that write in and phone in to complain" then "the fans that come and support us are excellent" THEY ARE THE SAME PEOPLE DUMB ASS!!!! mAYBE, just MAYBE they are your supporters who are sick of your management you idiot. But, i guess, what you mean by 'you don't know who these people are who write in and complain' is it could NEVER be the supposedly Greatest supporters in the world. Oh no, it must be a Rangers conspiracy or something completely unrelated to the hallowed Celtic fans. What a fucking clown this guy is. I guess my question of him having a brain was answered today. I think Caldwell had a labotomy many years ago.:flipa:
  11. LMAO:whistle: Indeed SA. I feel sorry for Hull though. They clearly are fish out of water in the Premiership, and they are trying so hard to get a result it's backfiring on them. Recently Phil Brown came out in an interview on M.o.t.D. and said they 'are going to give it everything to stay up because it's clear so many bigger sides don't like them being in the league'. If that is true and they are encountering a 'snobbish' attitude from the likes of Arsenal and Man u, then i really hope they stay up so it pisses those bigger sides off. To be honest, i quite like them anyway, they usually play some exciting stuff and in the first half of the season they were apparantly 6th at xmas. So, it really is a BIG poor stint indeed Super A.
  12. Yep, Gazzas right, it was 1-1. We took the lead only to be pegged back from a corner that shouldn't have been awarded. We have a fantastic strike force though and theres no way Scunny won't score at Dons. I also feel we can take anyone on on a one day shot at Wembley and i have sneaky feeling Millwall are going to sneak into the play off final. So, hopefully i'll get a ticket, depending on work commitments, and my prediction for the final will be... Scunthorpe...2 Millwall...0 Championship and beyond here we come, come on you Iron. http://v4admin.sportnetwork.net/upload/115/EMP-4627513.jpg
  13. Ha Ha, woke me up this morning anyway!!! Reminds me a lot of the Morton tartan strip and the Scotland same idea in the 90s. Two words sum it up... OH DEAR!!!!
  14. Yes, Pete you seem to have forgotten that for the most part the only reason Nakamura was involved when he was was due to him being the free kick taker for Celtic. I can remember one sole occassion when he went past the two on our left hand side. The rest he was snuffed out and only seemed prominent because he was the allocated free kick taker. I didnt honestly think he took that many free kicks though from the Rangers left, and the ones he did he generally made a mess of. Perhaps that was down to the good work from Smith and Whittaker? I'm willing to differ on opinion from yourself though, and it just goes to show how two peoples perspective on a single game can differ massively.
  15. Nevermind them, what about Scunthorpe? C'mon you Iron. One of my teams and on their way to Wembley AGAIN (twice in one season) if they can do De Matteos MK Dons on Friday night. 'Mon Scunny, you deserve it. Even Peterborough manager Darren Ferguson said of all the teams they played the best they encountered was, yes, you guessed it, Scunny!!!! On the Championship, i actually hope Burnley deserve it for having a few wonderful cup runs this season. Owen Coyle seems to have a good bunch of footballers there.
  16. Yes, they really hit a poor stint at the wrong time, as this is apparantly the first time all season they've been in the relegation zone.
  17. That'll be why he was applauded off and helped keep Nakamura out the game, as HE was up against 2 men at times. That is Very harsh on Smith. "a nightmare"? How can you say that? What game were you watching? He may not have had the best game of his life, but he did what he was asked to do and that was to snuff out the right wing of Celtic. Try not to expect too much of the guy as he isnt a great talent imo, but he'll do an honest job for you, and thats what he did in most peoples eyes.
  18. Well, Well, Well. There it is in black and white. And it's taken 3 days for this to come out? Why?
  19. What? Do you honestly think Owen would be daft enough to join that lot, knowing it could potentially be WORSE than signing for Newcastle. Also, i can assure you he is so highly thought of in England that at least 2 top 4 clubs would be willing to take him off Newcastles hands.
  20. Agreed mate, the haircut is more important than the points!
  21. Massive game tonight people. The loser, if any, of this one is most likely going down. I'm not big on either, but would it not be good to see the wining Geordies go down. A team that have a chairman who thought his team would never be in this position, and who didnt do anything constructive to stop the rot until a few weeks ago. And who have a fan base who, like Nottingham Forrest many years before them, thought they were too good to go down. Or, to see Gareth Southgate, a complete tosser of a guy, and a manager who got in through the side door cause he knew the chairman of his side well. If he went down, if i said he deserved it, i would not be underestimating my statement.
  22. What can you say that you guys havent already said. Rangers top of the league, and possess at least 3 better players who had a better chance of gaining those awards, yet they sit second with the 3rd rated league cup and pile in the awards. Aye right! Who's the one havin' the laugh? I know i am personally going to LOVE it at the end of the season when i look back and see us with a League championship and Scottish cup double and they have the manager and player of the year awards. HAHA! What a complete fuck up!!!
  23. In that case, they probably are still going on about their buisness totally unaware of this.
  24. I agree Gribz, it should be a red card and he should be pumped back to the English lower leagues for being a nasty, vindictive, horrible, sleaket dim who since pulling on the green and white jersey has adopted the typical persona of a deranged, mixed up, "Celtic man" who tried to ruin a young mans career for apparantly no reason whatsoever. Horrible big bastard!!!
  25. I can appreciate why you would want to be rid of this awful video, but in my opinion this was made to antagonise Rangers fans. So, we can now ask them who is top of the league? and maybe now THEY will be able to see what it's like to be antagonised. Although we Rangers fans would never sink to as low a lifeform as those Celtic fans, i feel it's good to show the world just what they are all about, especially when the maker of that video must be feeling like a prize arsehole this morning!:rfc:
