Or Rossiter.I am afraid I don't think we will ever see a fully fit Kranjcar. I hope I am wrong.0 -
Someone on here (can't remember who) thought the players didn't respect 'Murts'. Have to disagree. It would appear they're playing for the manager. Also, they can't give the guy enough credit in pre and post match press conferences.Players get managers sacked, fact!.If Murty has the respect of the players, which I think he has!, and you are tactically astute, which he is!, brave, which he is!, and have serious desire, which he does!, and good man manager, which he seems to be!, then why not allow him time to prove he is capable of doing the job?.
I am not advocating he does get the job, however I still can't think of who I want as manager but whoever it will be it will be a start from scratch appointment and a gamble.
Maybe it is wise to see how things go with him?.

Like Hamilton and Dundee you mean? While the reasons behind Murty's newfound popularity are obvious, its shelf life is only couple of bad games...0 -
I don't think anyone is denying that but it was nice to get the win and a some luck too.The result shouldn't fool us. We were rubbish last night. We defended well. That was about it.

Motherwell did extremely well to receive that amount of money in a January deal for a player whose co tract expires in the summer.

I get the impression he hates everything British apart from the wages he receives from WBA.
Cunt.

As someone already said, the only good thing to come from this is that 1 of the 3 months will be during the winter break.
An experienced midfielder we can't really do without.

Deal agreed between Motherwell and Preston for Moult - £450k (apparently).

Few things about last night.
I thought Candeias was fantastic off the ball. His workrate was great and did the jobs of 2 men. On ball he was rank rotten.
We didn't play well but by fuck we've deserved the rub of the green after so many dodgy decisions against us.
Fod kept us in it and I fear that English clubs will come sniffing if not in January then definitely the summer.
We desperately need Dorrans and Jack back. We rode our luck last night at times and gave the ball away for too easily and quickly. Jack especially would've put his foot on the ball and calmed thing down.
I can't believe there's some people out there not happy with last night. It was delightful. A typical smash and grab performance.
There was a sense of a Walter-esque defensive performance by the team and it was lovely to see. Backs to the wall stuff.
The lads will be tired and sore. We now need to win on Saturday to keep the pressure up on Celtic, Aberdeen and Hibs. The latter play each other this weekend so something will give there.
Loved it.

Fod was my MOTM. If he keeps that form up there'll be a few English teams floating about.
A briiant performance. We rode out luck but fuck it.

Pierre there's only one Pierre!Stated on Dutch television that he preferred his time with Fenerbahçe rather thanwith Celtic. That must be sore from one of their Hero's. He was with them far longer if I remember right. What a chant.

Agree about Pep not signing Pogba and Lukaku. The Man United policy is they want to sign the players who are up their with the nest in their position. Pep's is to sign players that fit his style of play.I'm not sure I understand the relevance of that statement buster. Mourinho has spent a ton of money at Man U. Guardiola has spent a ton of money at City. They bought with their own respective philosophies in mind, as you would expect. At this moment in time it would appear that Guardiola is proving his philosophy is superior to Mourinho's. The same happened, for the most part, when they went up against each other when at Barcelona and Real Madrid respectively.I agree that Guardiola would need to make serious changes to Utd to get them to play the way he likes them to play... but had he been Utd manager he wouldn't have signed Lukaku in the first place and probably wouldn't have signed Pogba either.
This City team is a joy to watch, at least in English football terms - have we ever seen an "English" team (quotes used because City play in England but rely more on foreigners, most important being the manager) play quite like this before ?
Mourinho just wants to go out, spend shit loads of money on the best player and fit them into his team.

Exactly like that. No point wading in lifting pent up, emotional, drunk, aggressive wankers.Like the 2016 SC FInal ?Just :fish: with you Mr PC Plod [emoji23]
Let the dust settle, do some work behind the scenes and go get them and if you don't manage to trace certain people, don't sorry, they'll come again.

His record against Guardiola is poor.
Played 20
Won 4

How do you know the police were ignoring it? It's safer and a lot less hassle if the banner and culprits are dealt with away from thousands of fellow supporters. Film it and them, carry out enquiries, identify suspects, trace them and then arrest them.UEFA have no authority on national level matches and there is no rules the SFA can use. However, the police were doing their usual and ignoring the Offensive Behaviour at Football bill which will certainly have covered that banner.

What's Thomas Tuchel up to?

They had 3 great chances right at the end. A hive gulf between Man City and the other 5 'big' teams.City should've had 4 or 5 today.0 -
I've seen McGinn three times this season and on each occasion he's really impressed me. Looks like we'll be without Jack and McCrorie against Hibs which is shite because I'm fairly confident they would've kept McGin fairly quiet between them.If we can nullify McGinn, we can beat them. Speaking of which, anyone know if McCrorie will be fit?0 -
Brendan Rodgers, obviously.Does that make ranieri the best manager in the world? If not who is?

That'll be that then. Blundell wins because he said "end of" after his opinion. An ex-Celtic player or manager is unacceptable as Rangers manager. End of.0 -
Sterling had a terrific first season at Liverpool then dipped. Has he made him better?Guardiola’s City this season are showing just how good a manager he is.I recall certain forum members last season slaying him for not being able to improve players.... those same forum members are very quiet now given city’s position and the form Sterling is in...
Funny how Guardiola only goes to tea who are absolutely loaded. He's a good manager but the wankfest over him is OTT.

If it's off it'll be for the safety of the fans not because the players don't fancy playing in the cold. The talk is about Jose trying to stop Man City, imagine Fergie doing that, he would be going after them full pelt.Shocking if its off due to weather, 170k a week and cant play in a chill.
0 -
He seems to be a player that Jose always goes to for the bigger games. Agreed that he's in form and would probably get picked anyway. Fergie did the same with the South Korean player, Park. High energy. Why is that? I don't get your logic.Young is playing really well and I'd expect him to play no matter how Jose approaches the game.
Rumours it might be off due to the weather.
