  1. To me, double sessions mean fitter players even if they're doing ball work.
  2. Maybe he'll repay all the money he's taken from us when everything is sorted out. It doesn't look good for him but like many others, I'll stop short at hating him right now.
  3. I see you've not changed Cal. The difference between Warburton and McCoist is incomparable. What Warburton is doing is working, what McCoist did was god awful and flattered to deceive and turned the fans away in droves. Warburton has signed young, hungry players. McCoist signed average, run of the mill, lazy players. Warburton's tactics seem to be with the times, McCoist's, well, did McCoist even have any tactics? It's scary to think you're defending the guy and it's even scarier saying what Warburton says and does is similar to McCoist. Jeez! As for the players fitness levels, just look at Lee Wallace. He looks a machine these days. To suggest you're unsure if the players are fitter or not than when McCoist was in charge is laughable.
  4. A bit like Bob Malcolm you mean?
  5. I can't see that happening. There are some Rangers fans who absolutely hate him. He'll remain a legend in my eyes until such time there's evidence to suggest otherwise. Evidence of bringing Rangers into disrepute along with Whyte and Green etc.
  6. I prefer the type of player Zelalem is. His passing is fantastic, his movement is what we've dreamed of for years and he's so comfortable on the ball. Oduwa I like, he has the tricks and doesn't seem to cocky with it but Zelalem shades it for me, simply because I prefer his role to that of a winger. Both can get 10+ goals for us this season, moreso Oduwa.
  7. There's also a chance they could reach number 2 in the rankings. Everyone knows the rankings are flawed but it seems Coleman genuinely believes they're 2nd best.
  8. All the ref's are shite, why does it matter who we get?
  9. You got the Internet out in the sticks?
  10. If we finish level on points with Ireland after the 10 games then we go into the playoffs and Ireland miss out. We have a better head to head against them.
  11. Agreed. Taking anything from Germany would've been a bonus. Losing to Georgia on Friday night was the killer.
  12. I hope someone pumps them soon. Coleman is battering on about how they deserve to be 2nd best in the world. No way! You're playing well but wipe that smug smile off your face. Someone will horse Wales and I hope it's soon.
  13. The team make you want more. They're like a big bit of home baking.....once you've had a bit you want some more. Long may it continue.
  14. It's far better than it was last season. It's not great, the music choice for the 90 in 90 is poor but, and I could be wrong here, we never got such a thing last season. In summary, it's improving but there's still loads of work to be done.
  15. No sign of a NOMAD being appointed?
  16. @STVGrant: Absolutely startling note in Rangers' interim results. Newcastle Utd due £500,000 if Rangers are promoted, as part of five-player loan deal.
  17. I don't miss the point I'm just adding to the discussion.
  18. Any Rangers fan who's arrested for singing the "f*nian" word deserves to be arrested. There's no excuse. Have there been no arrests of Celtic fans for singing/saying "Hun"? If the Courts and NBM say it is sectarian, why is it still so widely used and accepted?
  19. But they haven't got away with it. Yet we're still going on about it.
  20. I get the point but just don't see why we're getting all offended about it. Crap like that will never be removed from the game, not that I'm saying the authorities shouldn't try but they're pissing against the wind. I'm not offended by the word "Hun". It doesn't bother me in the slightest. Just like the word "f*nian" probably doesn't bother the majority of Celtic fans but any opportunity to get one over on their rivals has to be taken. The pettiness and tit for tat attitude between both sets of old firm fans is embarrassing. I don't inderstand how you've arrived at the conclusion that I "don't care about fans being jailed". I wouldn't jail them at all if t was there first offence. X amount of pre cons would change that though. I agree that Celtic should've come out and apologised but are we surprised they never? There's far more important things in life to worry about.
  21. The lure of The Premiership and even The Championship down south is far greater than Scotland's alternative. It's a money driven game now.
  22. I don't know about previous posts but he's spot on in this instance. A Premiership hopeful leaving to join Rangers. Those sort of moves won't happen until we're back playing in Europe. If we're ever back playing in Europe that is.
