  1. I use both facebook and twitter. Both sites are different and offer different things. I don't follow Rangers on facebook but find twitter very useful in this respect. Rangers are one up against Falkirk at the moment. I found this out on twitter before the red button on the bbc told me.
  2. Demise? What demise? The small minded and mean spirited are at it again.
  3. As I understand it Celtic had to lodge a protest with Eufa. I think the chances of them supporting Legia's appeal are slim to hee haw.
  4. My Friday is off to a good start so I won't spoil it by checking the iplayer for this.
  5. The SFA have to be asked hard questions about this.
  6. I saw this mentioned on twitter yesterday , it was greeted with a healthy amount of doubt. Probably best to wait and see.
  7. They will be hoping for a huge turnout for that one to suggest that all is well in the SPFL. How long before it's moved to accommodate the TV companies?
  8. This is one for the support. I don't see him as a winner.
  9. Anybody have an idea when we can expect this to be released?
  10. The line of credit from an unnamed source does anyone know what, if any, security has been offered in return?
  11. One obvious flaw. No mention of duty free facilities. Where's the cut price swally?
  12. "The club's demise into insolvency" that phrase reeks of ill will towards our club.
  13. Any hard facts known about these 67 million pounds worth of deals? It occurs to me that even if a bonus was due to IA, it would surely be paid over the lifetime of said contracts. Good to see the forum back.
  14. This has brought a smile to my face. The Orcs must be going mental. All I can suggest to them is "Suck it up guys, it's character building"
  15. I don't agree that they were not forced into it, even a zero hours contract means that they can be ticked off as working, even if they are not guaranteed any level of wage at all. This suits certain vested interests. Your point about sweated labour may be better suited in a thread of it's own but I was attempting to highlight my fears about the business practices of Mike Ashley in the UK and my concern that he is simply another predator. If you start a separate thread . I will certainly look at it and if I feel I can contribute something then I will. I may not come back to this for some hours as I was night shift last night and again for the next few nights. I need some sleep. Finally I accept that no sarcasm was intended and thank you for that.
  16. You have completely missed my point. The people I am talking about are UK based staff. I never mentioned anywhere like Indonesia. UK staff and they amount to some 20,000 mainly kids. It stinks!
  17. I have an axe to grind here. I am a trade unionist, no not Unite, I work in the private sector. Have a look at today's press folks. 90% of the staff employed by Sports Direct are on zero hours contracts. They have no employment rights at all. This guy to my mind is simply a corporate predator and we have seen too many of his ilk recently.
  18. The BBC high heid yins in London must be wondering at that 48% approval level. I'm surprised by that result. Generally, excepting their approach to Rangers, I tend to regard the BBC as my main news source, although not my only source.
  19. It could get really interesting now.
  20. According to various sources Hearts have lodged documents at court and will go into administration tomorrow. Unfortunately I don't think they will be the last.
