  1. Fecking typical i let the game on 84mins, missed the whole penalties carry on, thought we had won the game only to be told the sorry tale back at the car. But i have to say it was coming, big Ford brought off several good saves and Killie were on the ascendancy, to tell the truth i thought we look tired and weary tbh, no surprise we got pegged back, and missing a penalty, sums up our luck atm, never mind referee conspiracies.
  2. Scott Brown? rip it up lol
  3. I'm not comparing Mourinho with Pedro other than they are both Portuguese but, The Special One often start cautious with a 4-4-2 then adapts to a 4-5-1 or whatever depending on circumstances. You could see circumstances demanded two up front to combat their four, dropped to a three or two when Morelos was isolated.
  4. We had the numbers in midfield to cope, the battle wasn't in midfield though, it was up front imo, we were getting the ball up the wings with some pace but we didn't have the numbers up front to take advantage. Pena was slow to get up or relaxing midfield, whilst Morelos was battling away with one defender on his hump and another biting his heels, you could see he needed some help battering his way through their defence, in such circumstances like that two is always better than one.
  5. It's a start, as long as the club follow up by going toe to toe with the architects of the whole corrupt system.
  6. Looks like Cardoso got away with his headbut on Bowman's elbow,.
  7. Pena was a bystander first half Sunday, he stood to far off Morelos to lay anything off to him and vice versa. The game was literally thundering around him whilst he was the calm in the centre of the hurricane, I said to mate sitting next to me after about 30mins, Pena's not been seen yet. Total waste of a position on Sunday, he's big , strong and can score given the ball in front of goal, what the feck was he doing standing around the midfield with his thumb up his arse?
  8. Morelos battled away for 90mins, some threw in the towel well before that, but his work ethic is being squandered imo, he needs a partner.
  9. But the ex-Scotland manager told the world, that it's because we as a nation are too wee and not physical enough to compete? I want footballers at our club, not Caber Tossers, or even just Tossers.
  10. After sunday's no show for Pena, i hope he is dropped to the bench.
  11. Apart from the two very competent ladies, i don't know of the others, any ideas to what they bring to the table. I know i can view their profiles on the C1872 website, but i want to get a feeling from the guys in the know.
  12. Ah the old ''his nose ran three yards straight into my elbow excuse. funny enough a lot of the Rangers players were running into people's elbows all afternoon yesterday. They'll be advocating a national Run Into Someone's Elbow day shortly.
  13. Managers routinely throw players under a bus, or try to blame it on a big boy that ran away. However one of the few that was up for the fight, was Pedro. He wants a reaction from the players, same as he hoped after the Selik game, i think he's flogging dead horse here tbh, these guys want to play football not fight, it would be great if we could get both out of them?
  14. If we had took our chances we might have won that game, if had won it how many would still be moaning about Motherwell's thuggery and the referee's seemingly blindness to it? I would be win or lose our players getting assaulted is never acceptable, i think most of us would agree, hopefully?
  15. The clock is ticking down on Pedro's tenure, only he can do something about it. Second place behind the tims after the new year, is the very minimum expectation for Pedro. If he can't do that it's Adeus from me.
  16. That's correct john, but you're too late with your analysis, because managers have been using the thuggery tactic from the start of the season against our team. We were poor and have been poor in other games so far this season, but and it's a huge but, we can't excuse other teams over physicality and intimidation as just part of the game in Scotland, because they now know referees are turning a blind eye to imo.
  17. Me too Davie, i have calmed down a lot from yesterday, as i can usually except defeat with some grace. Even when the tims do us i can admit they are the better team, but what i saw yesterday was not football it was basically a mixed martial arts cage fight without the cage obvious;y. Rangers weren't particularly good yesterday, but at least we tried to play football. Motherwell on the other hand came with a plan to , a plan to batter us out the game, from the very off, if you watch the highlights over again, they were using the elbow, even the wee terrier winger, who i thought was a stand out for them, was elbowing our defenders from the whistle. So it was clearly a game plan. Some of the challenges, a few of them late as well were shocking, the one were Morelos was swiped off his feet from a late rear tackle was a red all day long. If the club don't come out and highlight this thuggery, then they are neglecting the health and safety of their employees.
  18. Motherwell came for a battle, we came to play a game of football, consequently we were bullied out the game. The referee was culpable of criminal neglect watching a team commit so many blatant assaults on our players, nearly every contact going for an aerial ball Motherwell players were reckless with their elbows but the referee saw very little of obvious intimidation, strange that. That all being said, again today we flattered to deceive, we looked going forward but the end product and finishing was mince. We got our first corner on 31 minutes, our shots on target were minimal first half, second half we were simply bullied out the game. Motherwell looked if they wanted the win more than us, they harried, fought, elbowed and scrapped for their win, I just wish we could have put up the same sort of fight. Unfortunately to late when we did look up for a fightback we were two nil down and our tackles look like it was petulance rather than any meaningful fightback. I refuse to praise Motherwell too much as they were dirty today. other than to say they got their win by hook or by crook.
  19. Diddy clubs like Hivs and Motherwell can never sell out their allocation, except in Hivs case when the mhanky people attach themselves in a cup final. Therefore the financial pot should be divided up in a more fair and balanced manner, so that the clubs who sell the more ticket get more of the financial pot. That sounds like dog eat dog, but after those feckers stole our prize money and tried to feed off our struggling and near death carcass, feck them.
  20. Imagine for a minute if that kid is a Rangers supporter, those haters and bigots, especially those at the BBC Scotland. Continuous sectarian and bigoted comments on our club, would make him think that sort of behaviour is acceptable in society.
  21. Big big difference from their timplosion to our actual implosion was, we Rangers football club and supporters didn't actively work against them. Agitate and encourage other clubs to throw them out the league, try to make the SFA to steal their titles, I think i'm accurate in saying that has change the mindset of the average Rangers fan, where once we couldn't give two monkeys about others clubs, to a situation today where we wish on them, all the troubles they worked extremely hard to harm us with.
  22. iF they outplays i will be the first to hold my hands up, apart from that they can go to f@ck themselves miserably fu@kers.
  23. I think i blocked it ages ago as being not staunch enough for my taste.
  24. Sorry about that mate, i actually think as i get older i'm losing a bit of my hearing, least that's what the wife says. i get a bit of buzzing now and again, i work with a petrol motor on most days within earshot, i only lately started wearing ear defenders.
  25. Haha the mother-in-law was old school, to be fair she was a great knitter, why buy when you can knit your own was her motto.
