The current Board don't actually need t attend. So a simple solution would be to hold it at Ibrox, Board not in attendence, get the votes cast and counted and be done with it !! Absolutely sick of their shenanigans !!

King bought most of them. This is just a delayed announcement. Think up unitil quite recently Artemis held 0.3% but that's probably since been bought by RST or RF.
