BH, can you think of anything that might have upset or compromised others on the fans board via dialogue of some kind? Were the complaints from board members different issues or the same?
It's really strange that you've not been given an opportunity to explain yourself. In fact, when the club is involved, and it's controversial, strange is now normal.

**** on ****. Good news on what was another day of fucked up stuff.

I don't know they didn't say.
All I know is that whatever the allegations by the other Board members were, they were not put to me. Basically the meeting opened with Irene Munro saying they had had these unspecified allegations and I was being removed from the Board. I complained about the lack of due process but this fell on deaf ears. It was a fait accompli.
How long did the meeting last?
Hope you don't live far from Ibrox!

Don't think that's correct; I got a lot of thanks for what I posted on there about the RFFF.
I'm not saying that members on there weren't happy, just the fact where you were posting. Could be anyone tbh.

I haven't read the thread you're referring to mate.
On that note, I'd suggest that nobody here posts any links to threads on other forums, thanks!
No worries. On auto pilot sometimes when referring to threads/forums which is not always a good thing.

Look please mate, don't get us involved in any inter-forum or inter-group spats or rivalries because you know what the score is here on Gersnet and you've read our recent reminders.
We can all have our disagreements and arguments, but it would be sensible of us all here if we refrained from accusations or any similar nonsense.
I was innocently saying that his involvement in a thread appears to be the reason for him being bumped off. Maybe poor wording but I thought it was simple enough. The forum isn't the issue, the content of the thread obviously is.

No one from RM made a complaint about Allan, they have been supportive of him for asking and answering questions. That is the purpose of having a fans board, maybe you should be looking at the people who don't want to have questions asked about the RFFF as the complainants.
You've got it wrong, he was involved in a thread about RFFF funds, where the complaint is likely to have been raised. No thread on here (not that I can remember) regarding the RFFF nor FF, so it points to one forum being the origin, regardless of a main poster or lurker.

From the OP, I don't see any sign of an actual investigation. Kangaroo court.
Was there an investigation or allegations and you flung on the scrapheap?

Looks like the creeps have ganged up on BH here and went crying to the club with help from an outside grass too.
Although I'm no fan of Alan, the club taking the ruling hand is not okay IMO. The outside complaint appears to be from RM as Alan stated the reason was due to RFFF funds. Thread on RM has many asking Alan to ask questions etc.

So it is the Club that runs this.
Forlans fan club will now turn on him in an effort to remove him. If he's not removed then expect all sorts of trouble from the usual sources. If he is removed, well, who the fuck knows. Fans board busted before it got started.
Are you able to tell us how many votes you got now as opposed to percentages?

Shouldn't be up to club employees. The fans board should decide whether or not there's an issue and how its dealt with.

Genuinely tempted though I'll probably refuse. I sat exactly two rows in front of where my ST was against Raith Rovers and I missed the cracking view, and getting in and out quickly. Sitting in Copland Rear behind the goals a few rows up from the front always felt as though I was in the thick of the action.

The reality of my Club recently crawling to Mike Ashley to ask for our latest emergency loan once again left me shaking my head in disbelief as yet another sad chapter in our history is scribbled on the back of an IOU note.......

Not much to disagree with

That would just be silly and petty though because any official group of fans like the Trust who are shareholders and run a fan ownership mechanism should be permitted dialogue with the club.
Then there's the matter of one of the Trust's board providing the Club with a £1m loan facility earlier this year.
No change there, then.

The Rangers Board welcomes this visible demonstration of the Sports Direct support and long term commitment to Rangers."
Without looking to offend anyone, but a sports retailer which markets intself to the underclass and unskilled working class still has dominance over our institution.

Should cause the odd burst blood vessel or two!
As predictable as the sun coming up the morning, the obsessed are frothing. Comments of irrelevance yet it consumes their online life.

Slightly off topic but Chris Graham was co-opted onto the RST board this evening. Strong addition and great to see him finally take the step.

can't possibly be a proper rangers forum where the easdales aren't universally hated.
**** infested but desperate for numbers so they let it go?

You don't know? When I read you on FF, you seem to know all the main profit makers in our support.
Well, tell me who do I know that are profit makers. I don't. Will I need some tinfoil before the answer?

There's where we differ. I hate Liewell, Scottish politicians and media who back the Bheast to the hilt, no matter what. I despise Republicans, I abhor Anthony Stokes and Neil Lennon.
Anyone attacking another Rangers member of staff or supporter needs locked up and ostracised by the Rangers support. Even if that 37 year old is mates with big envelopes.
Who is big envelopes?

You are all my mates ... well most ouf you anyway!
I have, but neither of themthree are living in the UK - or Isle of Man, for that matter - these days.
Maybe a Gersnetter can use their father's email and home address for you? I would but my my old man is in Scotland just now and I'm not sure when he's back.

Mike Ashley: What are his intentions
in Rangers Chat
Posted
The emergence of Mike Ashley as the key shareholder in Rangers has raised many questions on what his exact intentions are. Some are of the opinion that billionaire Ashley will invest millions into Rangers which sees us dominate Scottish Football and participate in the Champions League.
The conflicting aspect of Ashley investing in Rangers is the fact he has complete control of the income generated by the sale of club merchandise and the £1 stadium naming rights, although denied in certain quarters as scaremongering, was only just revoked after pressure to comply with possible fiduciary duties. Why invest millions when he’s taking money out of the business?...........
