  1. I've said all season that our squad's the biggest threat to retaining our title. For the time being however, I will take the positive outlook and look on this as a chance for the team to be more fluent. For that to work though, Davis needs to get his finger out and Edu to find some form.
  2. Jig's out for the season!
  3. Is this a positive sign?
  4. He wasn't forced to leave Hearts and it's his fault he left without 15 days notice. He should've taken that up with his agent who'd have known what the terms and conditions of his contract were. Did Rangers ever offer to pay any compensation to him prior to the court hearing? From what I hear he was disliked by his fellow pro's in MP.
  5. Should the result go our way on Sunday you can be sure the conspiracy guff will rear its head again.
  6. His ability is recognised and he's maturing. Let's hope it continues!!
  7. Official site: EACH of Rangers' three new signings is available to face Hearts tomorrow - but Nikica Jelavic could miss the game with a groin strain. Nikica JelavicThat means the Croatian could now face a race against time to play Celtic on Sunday, although it is hoped he will be fit enough for the derby. Jelavic had to come off in the closing stages of Sunday's 2-1 Co-operative Cup semi-final win over Motherwell at Hampden with the problem. Now Gers look set to be without him when the Jambos come to Ibrox, although they have plenty of other options up front. As well as Kyle Lafferty and Steven Naismith, new faces El Hadji Diouf and David Healy are available in attack. On-loan Arsenal defender Kyle Bartley is also poised to make the matchday squad, even though he won't arrive at Murray Park until this afternoon. Elsewhere, Kirk Broadfoot continues his recovery from a foot injury and is out for the foreseeable future. Utility man Andrew Little will also be missing from a Light Blues squad which will be at full strength otherwise.
  8. I've been thinking he's going to be another unlucky signing. Top player that has showed his class then one nasty tackle is the start of a stop, start career with us. I do hope I'm wrong though!
  9. :sw::mb::sp: :jn: :sd::me::sn: :ehd::nj: Weiss, I feel, might be the loser. We have more options now that we have players who're deserving of being a first pick. However, everyone will play their part due the number of games we have coming up.
  10. Agreed, which leads me to ask the question in the thread title.
  11. That's exactly it Frankie. Buying Beattie, who has always had injury problems, and selling our top scorer on the cheap, then replacing him with Healy. The risk might pay off but it doesn't really make sense, does it?
  12. Posted this on another forum and it's creating a tidy debate. Thought I'd post it here to see what you guys think: Going by our free-fall into the financial abyss and lack of ability to be proactive with players contracts, would you? Also, when cash is tight and the squad requires players that can do their bit throughout a season, why would you sign an over hyped player, Beattie, with injury problems....injury problems that have been a focal point of his career. Now we're being linked with Healy and Riordan! And most us would agree that both aren't any better than what we have just now. So that would make 3 players earning but contributing very little. We've sold our top goal scorer because we don't want to lose him for nothing, yet we're prepared to spend the little cash we have on duds. I said it at the time, that the club has valued our title and CL qualification on the cost of Millers transfer. I fear I just might be proved correct! Can someone explain the logic in what we're doing?
  13. Edu was probably the only positive from yesterday's performance. Although he was no great shakes.
  14. He was offside!
  15. McCoist must be looking forward to taking over from Walter. He's onto a hiding.
  16. The status quo, toeing of the party line, nothing to see here - business as usual. As has been said...the spotlight needs put back on Murray.
  17. A revolt's in order.
  18. I half expect Murray to send a small statement to the media saying he was pulling the club off the market - making Whyte out to some sort of time wasting twat. If Whyte's half the business man we're told he is, he's probably told MIH to sling their hook.
  19. Booooooo...to the hierarchy.
  20. It's not there bud, that was where I checked earlier as this is the same software as GF uses.
  21. I would try it if I could see where I edit my sig?
  22. This okay?
  23. Yep. I have paid for a season's online subscription to watch Gers games through the official site - and the stream is pretty good too. I assume there's rules in play that prevents us in the UK from watching it? The club has released an app where you can watch the games from your iphone, but again, why market it to us UK based bears when it means nothing to us.
  24. Let clubs sell their own TV rights with their chosen media company. Instead of looking for illegal streams would it not be better for the club to sell the right for every game to the fans on either pay per view or monthly subscription.
  25. Quality.
