    IIRC it's only the removal of pre-emption rights that needs 75%, as Ashley is underwriting the rights issue he has no need for the removal of pre-emption rights as he automatically picks up any unused rights.

    At 31 December 2013 it was..... It was £946,000 at 30 June 2013, so pretty safe to say it's well over £2m now. In all probability he is in fact loaning us our own money, will probably get 100% of Rangers Retail Ltd as part of the deal too no doubt. We've been well and truly f*&ked up the arse sans lube again.
